Saw the [Pelago Front Rack used as a rear rack in this instagram post](https://www.instagram.com/p/C2sO9UTsh3Y/?img_index=2) and felt inspired immediately. Looks OK, will find out how it works in the end.
Also swapped the cockpit to 120mm stem and Velo Orange Seine Bar. New Shimano LX v-brakes.
