Sure, you can find replacement derailleur cages and pulleys on ebay, but it would probably be more economical to purchase new, or upgrade your current derailleur.

New derailleurs aren’t expensive. By the time you properly source and rebuild this derailleur (which might have other issues that led to this breaking) you should have just bought a lower end replacement from shimano or sram.

Honestly, that derailleur is only $70, should just get a new one unless that one is brand new. Then I would get a new cage, still almost same price as new derailleur
