I’m looking for a quality bike that will eventually be a hand me down. All the used quality bmx bikes I find around people ask 200-300 so I’m considering buying one from this website.

16" BMX Bikes

Every so often we will go to the dirt bike park and hit the pump track and he prefers to ride his sisters bike. His current bike is a super heavy rusted out pedal brake bike. Any stand out recommendations from these?

My daughter got a misfit 14 for her birthday. I found it on Craigslist for 100$ but I don’t think I’ll be that lucky finding something like that again as I’ve been looking for over a month. I want something good quality that will last a few years and hold resale value.

  1. All of these are decent bikes for your application, if you teach your son right and you do proper maintanence they will all hold up for a pretty long time (other than tires/brakepads/grips) however I can’t comment on the resale value as I was never in the market for these.

I’d put Jet Haro and GT on the second tier, because these brands had difficulties in the past with their completes, but idk if they still have them or if it would show with the level of riding a kid can do.
