Looking to find the brand of these handlebars

Been looking for the brand of these handlebars. I’ve been trying to search the sticker, and the closest match I could find was the Torker Logo. I looked and it doesn’t seem that they had one exactly like this so now i’m thinking it has to be a different brand. (Including a drawn picture of the logo since it’s hard to see in the other picture.) Does anyone know this logo?
