When cleaning my bike this morning, I noticed some scuffs on my frame 😔
Bike being only 1 month old, it hurts seeing my bike in this condition already
So question: can this be fixed at a carbon repair specialist and at what price tag I’m looking at? ( living in Europe – Belgium)

looks cosmetic and in the paint. You can take it to your LBS to see if the damage is structural but assuming from your photo it doesn’t seem to be.
I might try a car polish and see if you can buff those out. How did you get scratches there?
Frames warranty will take care of you if bought new as you claimed its a month old but just looks like a primer scratch touch up pen and ioa to thin it and blend it buff and polish
