Your legs should take the impact, instead of keeping them loose at the knee you seem to tighten them which makes the shock travel through your body.

Well, absorbing the impact a little better at least. Maybe double check that the suspension is set up for you. If both of those are already in order, I’d suggest working on strengthening your neck muscles. Seriously, how do you not get whiplash?
