I bought a State Bicycle Co Wulf pre-pandemic and rode the shit out of it and had to start replacing parts that started breaking due to wear. I’m to the point where the only original parts are the frame, fork, and seat post.
Would love to potentially upgrade the frame and fork this summer to a steel frame that’s maybe not quite as heavy, or maybe just nicer at this point. Suggestions on a steel frame and fork combo would be much appreciated.
Side note, also considering building up an aluminum fixed after riding my friend’s Unknown PS1. Love the snappy feel. Considering a Dolan Pre Cursa, but would love other suggestions.
Current bike pic for attention.

If I were you I’d get a used frame that fits. Beware a lot of alu frames don’t have much tire clearance
