1983 Fuji del ray for $225. The seat tube is 25”, would this be ok for somebody 6’1”? :)

Looking for a used bike and came across this one. It said in the listing it’s good for tall folks. Not sure about the bike itself or the height. But the condition looks great, do you think it’s a fair price? Thank you!!
