That mostly depends on which one fits you best, and your preferred riding style/posture.
Just going off the picture you posted, I’d pick the Surly Ogre because it’s geometry looks to have a shorter reach and taller stack than the other 3 bikes, so my preferred more-upright riding style would be better accommodated.
And, I’d probably still put a higher rise handlebar on it, like the Jones loop 2.5″ rise bar.

The Surly Ogre has Rohloff-ready dropouts, so if in future you want to upgrade to a Rohloff, the frame is future-proof. The Big Bro might also be Rohloff-ready, not sure. But the two bikes on the right look like they don’t have suitable dropouts. (Do either of those have an elliptical BB instead?).

Hard call. Good points on the Rohloff dropouts. Notice the breeze has more generic components…at least crankset. But…adds a tapered headset and is that a dropper post?

My Sardinha has fixed dropouts, also a 2.6in rear tire b a r e l y clears the frame, best riding bike i have geo wise 🫡

The breezer thunder, hydraulic brakes, dropper, post, well thought out mounting options, suspension corrected fork that can take 100mm fork and it’s boosted. That bike is very well thought out and for the price…probably my first pick.

Breezer. It has every braze on known to humanity. Dropper. Tapered headset. I like the Shimano stuff more. Especially the brakes. Also, the Deore stuff is generally considered to be better quality than the NX stuff.
