What is “expensive”?
Its a slight dent and you can learn it yourself. By doing things yourself you will improve your own skills in everything. And you will save thousands of € in your entire life. Im just ~25 years old (unprecise because I dont want the internet to know my age) and probably already saved several thousands of Euros by doing everything / or a lot by myself. Its also good for your mental health (Thats why hobbies are important)
Get a cheapo spoke wrench from a local bike store or Temu (they now have minimum of 20eur order, so maybe that doesn’t work) . It doesn’t look bad and a newbie like you could get it done. Plus you will never have to pay someone to do it for you. But if it’s only 10 eur, spoke keys are sub 5 eur range. Also as a student you should get some part time job on weekends because if 10 eur expensive, idk what will you do when the tire needs changing or any of the more expensive components. Also simply check how much your rim moves from the center line with any object. Its possible the tire is not fully seated and the wobble comes from that. Either way, it’s not that bad and you don’t have to rush with the fix.
Get a decent spoke wrench and do it yourself, although with the tyre on it hard to tell if its the rim out of trye or the tyre isnt seated right.

Thanks guys. I’ll buy a spoke wrench and learn how to do it myself.
Check it with the tire off. Or check it with something like a screwdriver holding it stable against the rear seat stays, holding the point of the screwdriver close to the rim and then slowly turn the wheel. (To prevent scratches on the rim).
Still see a wobble?
It has disc brakes. Unless it’s rubbing the chain stays I don’t care.
If you go at it with a spoke wrench don’t be upset when you make it worse and need to pay to fix it.
If you do it yourself like that with a spoke wrench it will be impossible to get it super perfect unless you really sit there for a while but there is no way to test the tension of the spokes either so you are ultimately just turning spokes…
Eventually after a while of doing this the rim spokes might start to snap
The wheel’s worth truing. Spending money for someone else to do what you can easily learn is not worth it.
Back in the day of max 23mm rear tires, I broke a lot of rims.
You can true them up yourself with a spoke wrench, YouTube video, and a lot of patience…
