Shifters? Looks like the bit that catches the end of the shift cable.
Seat clamp?
Possibly from the saddle assembly. I have something like that just lying around and I also completely forgot what it is
Yup. Goes in a seat clamp. Specific part is called a barrel nut.
IKEA shelf?
Could be a barrel holder for a cheaper brake lever.
