I was moving slow and my toe struck the fender for about a second. The tire zipped it up in an instant.

Hahaha this happened to me so many times with full fenders
It’ll buff out. But really you might be able to soften it with a heat gun and straighten it out.
What size is that frame? Looks like there’s a whole acre inside the front triangle.
