It’s a BSO (bike shaped object). There isn’t a poorer bike made. If you can flatten tubing to crimp the seat stays to the sheet metal dropouts, you have to know that it’s soft thick steel. Everything is as poor quality as what was available.
That being said, they do go forward when you tun the pedals. If your alternative is walking, it’s somewhat better. I wouldn’t put money into it.
