I think it’s the cassette wiggle (just the bigger ring tho). is there anything i can do to fix it?

I see the bike is on a trainer. Do you have the same sound when it is not on a trainer?
It *looks* like either the cassette is loose, or the freehub is shot. I can’t see any play in the rest of the hub when you’re moving the cassette.
Do you have the relevant tools yourself (cassette tool and chainwhip)? If not, take it into your local shop and they should be able to confirm the problem- if it’s just a loose lockring they should be able to fix that on the spot for your fairly cheaply. If it’s the freehub itself, it will require a bit more work.
