  1. Keep your weight farther back / don’t hug your handlebars. At ~4 seconds into the video, your butt should be down near your back tire with your knees bent. From there, push forward and down with your feet, while pulling back and then pulling yourself up with your handlebars to rotate the bike and start lifting your weight creating upward momentum,. Just remember, if you want to go up, you need to push *down*. The harder and longer you push down, the higher you’ll go.

    It’s essentially about shoving your back wheel through where your front wheel was wile riding it up.
