After cleaning my chain and placing it back I noticed it was quite long so decided to take some links out, now it is obviously to short, but why does it still show far too long on the small cog wheels? It was fine before, derailleur doesn’t look bend. I’m clueless

The cage has rotated around. There should be a stop to prevent this.

check to make sure your rear der is set properly. It looks like it might have teh B tension screw in front of the hanger tab rather than behind it – this is how the chain tension is created.

If that’s indeed in teh correct spot, then your rear der spring is bad / broken.

That’s where I’d start.
Make sure your chain is long enough before riding it.
the arm that holds the jockey wheels is supposed to spring back, in the first picture it isnt. Sometime they jam when pushed to far like in the first picture, push it back to a normal position and it may be ok. You have removed so many links that its ~FAR to short, it probably appeared too long as the chain was baggy, tbecuase of the jockey wheel arm problem i mentioned,
