Bontrager carbon wheels- they currently have a 10speed cassette on them with a small red spacer at the end. Can they fit an 11speed cassette with the spacer removed?

Yes they can…but only if you’re sure the red part is a spacer.
if it has 10sp cassette …yes you can do 11sp
