Beyond being annoying to listen to while riding it’s not very problematic but best to fix it. Either center the caliper so the pads don’t contact or if the rotor is too bent to do so, gently bend the rotor straight where it is rubbing.

They make rotor truing forks for a reason; having to bend them back straight is normal. A light in just the right location so you can see the rotor’s wobble relative to the pad, then you can just bend it by hand where it needs it. Start small and you’ll get the hang of it.
Then afterwards, recenter the caliper and readjust the cable slack.
