Air can on brand new rear shock crack/dent.

I would absolutely contact Polygon and seek a new warranty replacement shock. Is there any chance that it happened while you were riding?

I dont think they crashed because theyd had mentioned such a big one on their first ride

sounds like it was like that out of the box somehow
