Installed GX transmission on a Canyon Spectral On. SRAM XX 36T chainring for Shimano Steps put on. Outter 10T seems to be too close to my drop out, and it’s causing the chain to hit the linkage in the pic.
Art first I thought the 55mm cl front ring was too far out for the frame, but it just looks like the 10T needs to be spaced away from the drop out.
Anyone experienced this and know a fix? Perhaps just a spacer? Or I’m seeing it up incorrectly? I just finished installing transmission on 2 other bikes and it works perfectly. But these 2 bikes are using 53mm cl rings.

I had this issue because the end cap that came with my bike was too short.
I had a similar issue when I installed a new cassette some time ago. I tightened the cassette down to spec, but that wasn’t nearly enough to actually have it sit flush with the freehub.
Long story short: check if the cassette is really screwed in all the way!
