I have been given an electric cargo bike with fat wheels ( [Premium Deluxe Electric Bike ยป CargoKids superior model](https://www.cargokid.dk/premium-deluxe) ), except that it only has 1 front left wheel. I am in Denmark, so not necessarily close to every spare part imaginable, but considering how to rebuild this bike without just buying replacement components from the OEM. In particular, I am wondering if there are any good starting references for standards around fat bikes–how to size rims, spokes, hubs, which brands are making things for fat bikes, etc. I have found some youtube videos, but also run into a lot of janky off-brand electric conversion kits when searching for parts, so hoping for some expert guidance.
