Your over 6’ tall?
I’m 5’10” and had that Mash frame for years..in a 54”cm frame size. A 54cm is basically a medium frame size. Hope this helps. Also hear Mash frame is insanely rad.

Too small is significantly nicer to ride than too big. Nowadays sizing notation doesn’t really relate very well to the actual geometries of a bike. My checkpoint is size 56 and I’m fairly certain not a single tube on that bike is 56cm long. Best thing you can do is learn to read geometry charts, test bikes where you can and get a bike fit.

I am 190 and I am have not ridden a fixed gear I liked under 58.
Though you can largely compensate for the shorter reach of smaller bikes with a longer stem, this will often result in a much more bent-over position than a properly sized bike. This might be what you are looking for … but if you are asking this question with so little other info, it is probably not.
Additionally, most fixed gear bikes are already designed with a short wheelbase, which makes the bike agile and nimble, but also more unstable. Stepping down in size will exacerbate this issue.
