My dropper Post goes up by itself. is that normal If no How do i fix it

You should be able to tighten the screw so it is stable at whatever position you wish. I assume it drops to the bottom when you sit on it?

You probably need to adjust the cable tension at the lever or the cable itself could be bent or caught on something. Most levers have a barrel adjuster you can screw in a bit, I’d try that first
