Seeking advice from the hive mind before I disassemble and break something…
Washed my bike after my last ride and noticed the derailleur is jumping / chattering. Only seems to happen in middle to higher gears.
Anyone have any ideas of what’s causing it? TIA!

Stiff chain links.
Lube up the chain and flex it where the stuff links are and it may resolve.
I agree with the first comment. Stiff link in the chain for sure
Another suggestion, re-index your gears. Then chain may be catching on the next cog, enough to make it jump, but not enough to actually change onto the bigger cog.
Clearly to see and to hear how chain jumps on cassette. Re-index the gears, I would say.
