Thoughts on this Trek Domane SL 6 for $1,800 with accessories. I’m thinking about offering him a little less to see.
This would be my first bike. Avid runner, but looking into cycling for training, riding on the weekends, and possible some triathlons. Don’t know much about bikes!!

It’s a great bike with nice accessories. I’m not a fan of that gen due to weight and servicing of dual iso speed. But a good friend owns one and rides it happily several thousand miles per year. Very smooth and fast. Rim brakes will limit max tire width. A lot of value, with normal discount after negotiating if you want a comfy bike that eats miles quickly
