Harrogate Indoor Funfair February 2024 | Yorkshire Event Centre

Join Theo and myself as we take a look at The Indoor Fun Fair in Harrogate!

Held within the Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate, is the February 2024 indoor funfair hosting a vast range of rides for all, including Waltzer, Sizzler, Trabant, Superbob, many juvenile rides as well as a never seen before ride in the halls, the G Force

In this vlog we show you the whole site and take you on rides too.

So what does it cost? It’s £12.99 for 3 hours of unlimited riding within a climate controlled building! Sessions range from 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm . This event is on until Sunday 18th February 2024. There is on site free parking and a cafe at the event too. Toilets are available on it as well. To book, head to www.indoorfunfair.org

The location is at Yorkshire Event Centre Harrogate, but please follow the brown signs when close by.

Here H last time I got away with not doing that didn’t I what I said I wasn’t doing that last time didn’t I and I managed to get out of it we have to do the other one yeah we did yeah oh the fudge bus don’t feel

Like I’ve seen the fge bus for a little while mommy would be getting Mo yeah we would be getting those they’ve got some little lights at the top the Walts are on this occasion they’ve taken the Simon sign down yeah this is Roberts’s I think he’s had it a year and a half

Now you may have seen this a few times it do it does Theo Theo you’ve got an interesting fact about this ride haven’t you although you’re probably not going to know what it is until I tell you uh don’t know right so where did we see

This last year we saw it in uh Western super mayare didn’t we what did you do on this walk through in Western super mayare you walked it yeah it was this one how have you forgot that he’s going to want to walk it now he didn’t walk it

Like a normal Waltz uh worker would do he just walked the back very slowly to get a a bit of a feel for it the wants to walk a waltz and spin cars and it’s um yeah not too sure he’s he’s old enough to do that yet pleasure Dome crazy Dome pleasure Dome

Pleasure Dome yeah that man he said he’ll let me oh yeah pleasure don’t W say yeah yeah he he said he’ll um when he go to a quiet ground of his he’ll he’ll show you some ropes cuz you’re getting tall look how tall you are now you’re 1.4 aren’t you look at you

Standing 1.4 nine and you are nine yeah they had his birthday a couple of weeks ago uh there is two halls this this time uh I didn’t think there was until they told me on the way in there’s two Halles there is the normally is now uh

They get enough rides to fill two halls uh we’ll show you the rest of Hall one shortly cuz there is obviously uh more to show you down there but we may as well show you what is in here now can we get another one of these hey can we get

Another one of these how can you be hungry uh they’ve got a cafe in here I don’t even have no Okay so through here is typically The Sizzler as you can see and also um juveniles which is pretty much typical in this side uh so we’ll keep it brief

Around it and show you exactly what is here we got the racer armor there’s the twist I’m not sure if I’ve done this before I don’t recognize it have to do a bit of research on that one uh we’ve got the circus afro which is like a train set just over there got

A little um toy set there mini wheel the mini wheel little chero play set there looks like it’s got some speed in this literally just doing a 360 Tour of it there is an inflatable over there you keep it up little inflatable mini Miami that’s what’s in Hall 2 we go back to Hall one so the hall one is down here just whil we’re walking through here it is free parking as always um I would strongly recommend that you make sure you put in the right place on your Maps because it can take

You to the wrong place uh and then you have got to go all the way around so it’s next to a s BRD uh um and it’s climate controlled so it is February outside but you can come in here with just um you don’t need a coat basically play

Center and all you got to do is ride 13 rides which is really easy and it becomes a quid ride you got 3 hours to do it in a little bumper cars fge bus little party going on upstairs the Dodge are still here the uh XL I think these are Curtis

Eddy you wouldn’t see his um swinging extrem in here it’s too I think yeah it’s too short there’s a lot of rides that can’t fit in here uh Miami is one of them but you’ll see a Miami type in here and I’ll just explain that in a moment there’s the entrance where you

Coming fck do play football whacker minions here any lady football we’ve got the planes this did debut here a I say debut this did come here last year so in October heels brought in that TR ban I thought it was a great addition I did say it’d be good to see that in

Liverpool but it’s it is equally as good to see it again in here now I did mention in the last Vlog that I did back in October it doesn’t go full High so I don’t know if it will do cuz I think it can do Max TI in here but well I haven’t

Seen it go around yet more game THS Winer win this we’ve got a jumping jack another chairo play now I mentioned about miamis there’s only a SLE few miamis that will fit in here this one I’ve never seen in here before this is Richmonds I think this is

The third Miami to have been present here we’ve seen a few different miamis in it I think had Dan last time wington but yeah Richmond um B well the in fact last time we saw that I think was in hean for uh the fireworks which I don’t think I went to

Last time oh no we saw it in Hall that that goes to Hall that in their own little corner they have their own waler as well so what 1.2 you don’t need to worry about that do you if I remember I it’s quite a fast Miami have you done that

Before I don’t think you have I’ve done it before I did it in Heim and I sat on the end I think I remember doing it it was a year and a half ago though don’t see that very often got little trampoline set here Planet play stations here another fun house

Below I think that’s as high as you’ll see that go and I noticed last time it’s really hard to take a photo of so that is why he here in Harriet always good value for money because all you got to do is 13 rides and it’s it’s cheap as ship free

Parking as well at Liverpool I do rate Liverpool better cuz it’s got more availability bigger rides and stuff like that uh but the problem with it is um you have to pay to park and it’s quite expensive for Liverpool you having a little rest yeah at him oh he thinks he thinks

He’s cool you want to do gForce all right then so we’re going to do GeForce first which is a good shout you want to do GeForce the booster okay that’s not here um we’re going to do as first this is one of the lowest capacity rides here um so it’ be good

It’ll be good to do this first because it will get busier as the time goes on and when it’s busy go for cues that don’t exist EG this so we’re going to do this first I don’t think it’ll go as fast as Normal known as the Mojo a very very unique ride I think there’s only two in the UK I’ve never seen the other one but I’ve done this several times I remember doing this for the first time with Theo in cleps I think it might have been 2019 I know we’ve going

Back to Cle we’ve not been to Cle fors for while have we no make sure you are following us on Facebook we just started stories again we only started doing them last week cuz I think the stories are quite a good little tool on the uh Facebook

Cushions in a vlog last year I did mention if someone gets cushions on their super Bob it’ll instantly be up there as one of the best because I think it needs them I really do but I can imagine the cost of having them fitted got way up AV

Yeah give you an idea totally different the rides are a bit slower uh lights are different uh sounds lower uh there’s only one session for Harriet though just bear that in mind it’s already been and godone Liverpool has two sessions nor it’s just nice for those people that um

Want a different experience and I think it’s nice that they do that I’m going say that’s a very good addition to the fair here at the indoor fum I like that right we’ve already got a couple more rides to do and just in time as well we’ve got the

Trant to do which is here we’ve done this last uh in October actually not running full height unfortunately but it does go to some Yorkshire grounds so [Applause] Yeah at this I don’t want to everybody get ready [Applause] there we go raising [Applause] [Applause] up has gone it has gone pretty high don’t know if this is Max High I can’t make it out if this isn’t Max high this definitely can go higher sure it can go Higher do you think this go higher you think this go higher Theo knows Theo knows better than I do never right just need to get a while on they going this cyes here today are running really long which is good a f Fair it doesn’t really make a

Dodge like we’ do last year these are LP bars so you’re going to try them aren’t You this kid yeah we’re going to see um s fields in L Bar he doesn’t have to do him again for a little while if he doesn’t feel it because he’s taller um it should feel better in these now just so you know I’m not doing scoring this year

Right last year yeah you won the dodging botle last year didn’t you you got your prize it was that it was that um Irish plat you know the off one sorry if I’m not allowed to say that but we got a PL from Island uh yeah we

Did uh the final in Ireland Theo beat me so the reason why I’m not doing scoring as you know last year here I stopped doing intros now I really like doing the intros and I just it was just something I always did however with the baby um

And Theo in general and just work life balance and everything I took the intros out because they they took me an extra hour to do just for a 2 minute extra of the Vlog so I I took them out so this time I’m taking out uh the Dodger ball although the Dodger balls

Will still like this and not doing the scoring and we’ll just have a debate at the end of who you thought won I think I think that’s only fair yeah and I think I’m going to beat you they’re not going that fast to be Fair bye do coming Up [Applause] here we go yes dodging bottles are back the intro Still Remains though now on this occasion which is going to be totally fair I’m not going to go too hard on Theo because it is a LP bar and he’s not a big fan of L Bar I

Was thinking Harriet if I’m honest with you and I don’t like being too critical with plac like this and the lineup can be a little bit lineup’s really good better than the last February one quite a strong lineup um with the ride Cycles running so well the Sizzler is running

So well really good waler gForce making its debut here great ride dodam the F the super Bob and the Miami really good rides and all you’ve got to do is ride 13 times in 3 hours you want to work that out four rides an hour give or take

Maybe five and one of them um and you’ve got your money’s worth free parking and it’s quiet what more can I say and if it’s raining you don’t have to worry about it you we can do whatever ride we want but we’re going to end the Vlog off food

Is the next ride the food is the next ride Theo have you enjoyed your time here yeah now of course we still got well we still got a bit of time we still got do you know what we’ve we’ve done the Vlog in an hour and 40 minutes so we’re only just halfway

Ride stuff fers star fers yeah ghost trains I’m ghost a you forgot about that didn’t you that’s it yeah do you think people should come here yeah why family time I like that idea yeah family time you’re able to get here please do um and they come back here in

Harrier in October so if you’re thinking about coming do come to it cuz you”ll be waiting a while otherwise Liverpool will be back in um Easter uh we’ll be attending that one usually opening I’m not too sure what the day are officially are just yet in fact I think I do but
