Hey everybody welcome back to my channel bill in Alaska back yet again on day 208 on my carnivore Journey uh it’s been over 6 months for those of you new to my channel uh just over half a year ago I was pushing 700 lbs and about as close

To death as as you can come and uh just through a miraculous series of events uh I discovered carnivore diet and some of the most incredible people in this carnivore community that I’ve ever met in my life if you want a more in-depth

Where I was and where I’m at now or you can go will jump all the way back to over six months ago to my very first video and I’d do a deep dive into my whole kind of my whole life story you know since I was a kid uh great shape

And a professional chef and musician in my younger years and then how I started just packing on the pounds packing on the pounds went from my ideal 200 and 210 pounds like I was all through my 20s and early 30s and then started P ing on the weight packing on the

Weight um and then ballooned up to you know pushing 700 lb anyway my very first video from six months ago does a deep dive into my whole life story if you’re interested or from three weeks ago I do a little recap um anyway so here we are today uh boy

For those of you who been following what a crazy septic issue we still had I’m I got a kind of like a 20 minute long segment we had the septic guy come out and they had a heck of a Time pumping that septic uh tank out it

Was quite the ordeal it was eight hour long ordeal between the septic well they got the septic tank pumped out and then like oh you know we finally got it pumped out but then we had an issue from the line from my toilet out to the septic even though they pumped that

Septic out the line running out from the toilet to the septic was completely Frozen cuz we had a really long like 40 below cold spell for like over a month it’s it was like a historic Alaskan cold spell we we haven’t had a cold spell like that in decades it broke

Records anyway so then the boys had to come in here and spend hours and hours and hours they they had to rent a snake and was trying to drill through the the uh completely frozen pipe to to make it out too that recently emptied out septic

Anyway I got got it all on film so it’s like a 20 minute long segment so you guys can fast forward through it this is going to be abnormally long video today it’s probably going to be pushing an hour because I got that I got a bunch of workout um

Footage uh I got me in the shower uh anyway so I’m gonna keep this short because I got a lot of footage to show you guys if you want to see it you can just fast forward through a lot of it but staying strong on Carnivore um

Over six months haven’t cheated one time you know I not once I did come close boy that’s a whole story in itself I want to dive into another I didn’t cheat but man it was about I was that close to having candy I didn’t I didn’t have it but man I it was

Close that’s one of my great weaknesses is candy bars I came CL and this was like three months ago I just had just an explosion of a craving and I was that close to caving but I didn’t cave so in 6 months I haven’t cheated one time I

Have had Dairy a couple times which I’ve really been trying to stay away from because you know my whole thing is weight loss or big part of it is weight loss you know and dairy will stall your weight out um but I’ve been waiting to

Go on I’m going to go back online and I’ve been saying that for the last couple videos but I have a new I ordered a new half a cow I got a new sight of beef coming and from the time that you make the order it takes about a month to

Only find one gray one I can only find one of this one this actually has great sentimental value this was a Handmade by my stepmother for my late father this used to be used to belong to my dad I got the other one around floating around

Here somewhere but uh I put them on two different ones separately they become my hobo socks Sun’s just starting to come up out there Daisy’s out there admiring the sunrise but we’re just getting the day started we’re going to work out our workout session on here I usually do several

Hundred turn the light on so you can see that sunlight not quite bright enough so I just started so I only did 139 strides wh 339 strides and I burned according to this you know 4.3 calories sure that’s just a rough guideline but it’s probably based on a little bit

Of science they did so that might be close to Accurate 140 strides 4.3 calories so if I wanted to burn a according to here if I wanted to burn 1,000 calories I would have to do what 4,000 strides that’s kind of a lot I’ll build up to

It I don’t like that art artificial light but this thing is wonderful you know just in the last week I’ve noticed that when I very first used this thing I did 100 strides and my legs were on fire every muscle group of my legs my calves my

Quads after 100 strides I was like about done in but now I can do like 3 or 400 before I get the same effect so you really it’s amazing how fast you build up uh build up your endurance and your muscle this machine this uh this Q elliptical I cannot recommend it enough

It is so nice and I misquoted last time I think I said they were like hund and some dollars they’re actually $200 so they’re not cheap I’m sorry I misquoted the price on that but uh they are super heavy heavy the the unit itself is very heavy

We to get uh need to get some Cecil rope on that pole for you huh he’s got Cecil rope on the pole over there but he uses this pole more so I’ve been wanting to get some Cecil rope and wrap around there anyway just finished with our elliptical workout now we’re going to

Do the uh life Pro vibration plate no that’s our rebounder Daisy we got our rebounder hanging from the ceiling so someone does it scratch it up just like we had to cover my bike that’s my bike under the sheet and clothes over there got my shirt DED over the back

Tire and a bed sheet over the main bike oh no he’s starting to feel crazy yeah he’s starting to feel a little crazy he likes to get morning Zoomies going on you going to start doing your morning Zoomies huh getting some exercise in with Me anyway uh what I wanted to mention real quick is that the awesome thing about these life Pro rum blacks is on the bottom here you got these bars that these little wings that fold out like that and they’re for resistance band training you hook a resistance band up

To the this and while you’re getting your vibration session in you can also work out your upper body and work out your arms you can work out your arms Hy it’s super cool and they come with these big heavy duty resistance bands and a bunch of smaller straps different weights different uh resistant

Telling you about hooked to that Wing this is it’s a little bit longer so I would imag this is for when you’re standing up on it you can get a nice uh get some curl going on and other different exercises while you’re standing up getting a full body

Vibration when my brother air builds me the uh my custom guard or handrail to hold on to while I’m doing my rebounder he’s also going to make me want for this vibration plate because I’m not quite ready to to stand up on this until I have something really solid to hold on

To cuz my legs are still relatively weak since this whole neuropathy and uh clog lymphatic system and all this numbness issue that started a couple months ago you know I’m still right in the middle of that and my legs are still a lot weaker than they were the first couple months on

Carnivore I was just getting stronger and stronger and walking better and walking better then I had that neuropathy raise this ugly head and a clog lymphatic system from all the super quick rapid weight loss that I had all those toxins and poisons that were stored in my fat and got released very

Quickly clogged up the pipes and uh kind of knocked me for a loop a little bit but I’m working my way through it it’s got to workout every day vibration plate every day elliptical every day soon to be rebounding every day I would have had that custom handrail already built except

We had such an incredible problem with my septic system that’s kind of taking Center Stage the boys to get that all worked out but the septic guy came out and I got a new toilet and we got it all worked out like you guys saw in the footage or will see

In the footage depending on where I place this little vibration plate section in my video anyway this rum looks vibration plate is beyond amazing and I’m such a takes me forever to get around to doing things but like I said in my last video I wanted going to

Do a far greater in-depth review of this with the uh remote control that you put on your wrist and all the different movements and settings that this thing has but I want to have that guard rail up where I can stand up and grab onto the guard rail and have the remote and

Uh put this thing through his Paces but just this vibration shaking my legs and my hips and the upper body when I lean on my legs I get my arm shake going on on my shoulders you know it shakes my you lean forward and you put your

Elbows on top of your quad muscles on top of your right behind your knees and as you can see you get a full full body shake so there there is a way to get a full body shake without standing all the way up you just lean forward and put as

With my leg pain the pain I was having I thought something felt a little different I’m like well this doesn’t quite feel as intense I forgot to bump it up to it’s Normal there we go I like bumping that vibrational energy up just a little bit got my blue jean shorts on my hobo socks nice session on my vibration plate it’s a good start of a hopefully wonderful day all right just finished the my workout session my morning workout session on my

Elliptical and the vibration plate and I was just getting ready to get in the shower but I thought I would take you guys over and give you just a little bit different perspective because I’m always this is only a 14×14 room so there’s only so much to show but my

Perspective is I’m always sitting in my corner there but take you guys with me I’m we sit over here for a minute and I’m sitting on my Throne my porcelain Throne don’t worry still got my pants with my hobo socks on but this is the view from uh the other window

There my Toyo stove my wood stove that’s buried my other room that’s completely packed full of storage my ever clogged with a mountain of stuff oak desk that I really need to clean off and start getting back over there again and my bed that’s always in a messy state of disarray my shower

Stall that’s soap residue I know that looks nasty but but that’s soap I always put my bars of soap there and when it just keeps drizzling down and building up and building up so then I had Samuel build me this little shelf here and then I keep my

Bars of soap up there but I used to keep them right there where all that soap residue is gross looking but it’s it’s just soap just a little bit different perspective than what you guys normally get it’s one of Daisy’s favorite Windows to sit out and look out his favorite

Window actually is in the other room but on this side of the wall on on the other side of that wall there’s a window in the summertime you can look way out there and we’ve got the Garden area and you guys will see this summer when I’m going

Outside uh my channel is just going to expand extremely when I get to go outside and take you guys with me sitting inside my shower stall now there’s an epic shot of my brand new toilet like you guys want to see that but since I was filming and I’m

Over here I thought well I just hop in the shower real Quick don’t ask me why I’m filming in here I guess I just cuz I had the camera sitting on the shelf was just getting ready to get back in bed and shoot the last part of today’s video but like well while I’m sitting here not that anyone’s

Interested but I got my gravity water feed system here this is an Alexa but I also have a big berky there’s actually big berky filters in here right now they fit in here and when I need fresh water I have a uh Aaron obviously Aaron installed me a uh water

Line it’s runs along the ceiling over to the shower area behind the TV and when I need some water I just pop off the lid stick the water line in there a caught that on tape trying to do this one hand again oh know my iPad that’s all right it could use a

Good cleaning anyway besides that little hiccup there at the end that’s how I keep my drinking water and cooking water filled up right next to my bed pretty nice little setup speaking of nice little setup when I start doing my prepper section this bad boy right here is going to be

Morning or is it Sunday Saturday I think All right well he couldn’t get the hose down in there on the first attempt so Samuel’s trying to he got an iron bar trying to bust stuff loose down in there that’s apparently blocking them attempt number Two uh looks like he’s hitting something solid down in there nope oh boy what’s going on out there that septic guy trying to fix our thing they’re trying to fix our system yeah so we can flush the toilet and take a shower we haven’t been able to flush the

Toilet or take a shower in 3 days oh no now the septa guy is trying to bust it Loose sorry for the Shaking all right well Jared looked like he just busted through something with that bar so let’s see come on attempt number Four oh no septic guy himself busted out one of his own bars but wasn’t any longer than the one we got so they’re not having any luck so far some reason he’s uh pulling out way more hose length but we couldn’t get it done in there to begin oh maybe a smaller hose

It looks like this is a smaller yeah he’s trying to smaller diameter hose oh come on you can see where it’s heading you can’t right there it’s hitting something solid he can’t get past that point oh No all right he hooked that smaller diameter hose up to the actual vacuum uh Port there oh looks like it went down a little more come on he it looks like he did manage to get that smaller diameter hose down a little deeper than that bigger one but it’s still

Still hitting you know it’s got to be a solid block down there because it’s been between 30 and 40 below except for this last week it warmed up to an end of the around zero or single digits but in this last month it’s been like between

30 and 40 below so uh that was you know for a month that gave it enough time for the the ground freezing to go really deep all right well they’re not having any luck they tried to initial bigger hose and then they went to a smaller diameter

Hose and they can uh the guy can’t get it down in there I don’t know what they’re going to do at this point this could turn in quite to quite the Dilemma for me as far as having flushing water a flushing toilet or a shower I may have to

Uh may have to do without for a while which we’ve done before but it’s sure not fun oh and I think he did it right when I put the camera down he busted through and he’s like there we go and he pushed that hose in a lot deeper I think they

Might have uh think that might have busted through I hope so now he’s going to turn that suction back on and uh this may be it hopefully they definitely busted through that barrier that they couldn’t get through last 20 Minutes you normally see the uh the hose shaking a little more as it’s sucking out on my RI eye staks but it’s not moving like it normally does but he hasn’t taken it out yet like he has the other attempts so we may be in luck this is a smaller diameter hose

Normally he uses that bigger diameter hose probably got a little more kinetic movement going on compared to that smaller one all right well we’re in business look at that thing move get out of there rib eyes I just heard Jared saying is it filling up the guy says yep he’s

Going oh I’m so happy I was starting to resign myself to the fact of no flushing toilet or shower for a while which I’ve uh had to do before you know back about 3 years ago when I lived in that other section in there the original

U for those of you who’ve been following know is that’s a coffee shop over there that was donated to us after we lost everything in the Wildfire I lived in me and Daisy lived in that little coffee shop area for uh almost 2 years and there was

No running water we had no flushing toilet no shower I had to use baby wipes and it was it was pretty terrible basically an ouse so I know what it’s like to go long term without uh the basic toilet and shower and it is not

Fun but then uh then the boys built me this Edition this 14×14 Edition that I’m in now got a little shower stall that’s right behind the TV you know it’s amazing a toilet and a shower is like basic people most people don’t give it a second thought as being a luxury but

When you do without it for a long time you realize what a blessing and luxury it is running water and keeping yourself Clean all right well he’s all done he’s just took his hose out and uh shut the vacuum part of his rig off a little worried there but it worked out and there he goes mission complete all right hopefully I can take a shower today it’s going to be so nice and flush the

Toilet all right so even though we had the septa guy come today and pump out my tank my SEPTA tank out there uh we still have a a problem with the line from where the toilet is out to the septic tank is frozen so Samuel had to go rent a snake an

Electric or a gas powered snake they just uh pulled my toilet that’s normally sitting right there and they’re going to have to uh run a snake down there and clear out the line down to the Seer tap worst case I have to take it Down right they’re feing that feeding that snake all the way down to where the Frozen blockage is and I have to power it up and see if they can blast through it yeah looks like they hit that blockage grab it while it’s running have to power it up and try to blast through

It all right I think I said gas earlier but it’s electric push that Down all right so they did didn’t have luck the first chance um they’re going to pull the snake all the way back out and attach a new bit uh one that’s got a little more aggressive cutting and uh see if that does the trick see if they can get a bite on

Wherever that clog is and uh power through it all right they swapped that bit out now they’re going to run her down again [Laughter] and I appreciate theity all the we got you Victoria got this brother brother Jared I did a whole interview with Jared

By the way uh we did a car ride he took all right these boys have been at it for over 4 hours trying to drill through this ice the the line’s completely solidly Frozen the line that runs from the toilet out to the septic tank over 4 hours a Non-Stop

Uh trying to drill it out with a special attachment at the end of that snake but as you can see in my earlier videos it was daytime now it’s getting nighttime hours and hours later all right well it’s night time now as you can see dark

Outside the uh snake has failed thus far now they’re shooting hot salty water down into the hole busted the pump out and a 10 lb back the salt going to try to shoot hot salty water down and uh into the hole and suck it out at the same time so you got to

Never ending flow of hot water going down in there this has been a nightmare 5 6 hours later mixing up a hot salt solution to pour down in that hole oh what’s this Daisy that’s our new rebounder Daisy it is not a claw sharpener this

We got that Dynamic of we love each other but you know we we’re boys you know we fight and we argue but when it comes down to really needing each other we’re always there everyone’s always there for each other so it’s uh it’s such a blessing to be to belong to such

A big family and now I have even bigger family with this incredible carnivore Community you guys are the most incredible if it wasn’t for this carnivore Community I wouldn’t be where I’m at now as far as having the ability all the equipment that I have all my workout

Equipment and uh just everything that’s happened has been facilitated and is because of this incredible Community supporting me and reaching out reaching out with love and help that the way that they did I I never experienced anything like that before um all the help and love and

Support and then every video I put out you know the comments of just incredible I haven’t teared up in a while on camera I getting chilled I me I was started at my knees and just shot up through my whole body I just I haven’t experienced the

Love and support from from any Community to from everyone aside from my family you know um like I have with this Carnival community and the the love and support I get from every video when I read the comments I just you know I I I do a lot of crying

And tearing up off uh off camera uh you know I’m just I’m very spiritual and touchy feely about certain things especially you know beautiful um spiritual and Love and You Know Creation in our father in Heaven uh I get emotional about it because it’s it’s such a miraculous love and support

And the the Miracles of life it’s uh every day is a miracle it’s it’s very easy to get caught up in the getting used to seeing Miracles you know seeing a child born or um you know when a child sees a looks at a butterfly for the first time and they they stare

At and wonder you know that look of Wonder and Fascination on their faces because they are they’re seeing that miracle for what it truly is you see something truly beautiful for the very first time and you react in wonderment and awe is because you’re you’re seeing

It for the miracle that truly is and then you unfortunately we see that Miracle over and over again and pretty soon as you knows we’re like oh yeah yeah saw that a million times just because it becomes commonplace doesn’t take away from the miracle that we’re surrounded by every day every day we’re

Surrounded by Miracles just look at these flowers just look at everything it’s it’s everything is a miracle it really is anyway um I love you guys and as always repent repent repent tell our father inen that uh we’re sorry for our shortcomings and um any sins and any wrongdoings that you know

Everyone everyone has weaknesses and we make mistakes but that’s where repentance comes in and we we tell our father in Heaven we’re sorry and forgive each other you know like I said a gazillion times how can we expect to be forgiven if we don’t forgive each other
