GRUNT 25mm x 80cm Versa Strap (basically a ripoff of the viola but by a well known company – they make a lot of tow straps fro 4×4 etc).

For a bigger strap, I like Rok Straps. They’re sort of equivalent to the Voile Rack Strap, except they come in more sizes. I really like them.
Tailfin make some nice straps for not too much, the buckles are curved so they play nicely with curved bike tubes.
