Is the rotor touching the fork when you hear this sound?

I hear the ting chim sound of the rotor being struck and the only thing close is the left fork leg try flipping the bike upside down to have a closer look at the rotor. my guess is the rotor or the brake caliper or the brake pads or combination of are lose.
