It looks like a [2006 Bianchi Axis](https://velospace.org/node/31129). If not a 2006, within a year or two probably.
The model is Axis. You can tell because it says “Axis” right there on the frame.

I agree with these comments, it’s a 2006 Bianchi Axis. Carbon fork. Nice Grupo. It’s a nice bike, especially for that price. Take it to a good shop and let them tune it up and get that baby back on the road for spring. Good luck, be safe.
