Currently, I speak 12 languages, which I studied properly. These are English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, Hindi, German, Turkish, Chinese, Thai, and Korean. Apart from that, I speak Japanese for sure, which is my native language.
Furthermore, I know a tiny bit of Italian, Swedish, Polish, Romanian, Farsi, Swahili, Tagalog, Burmese, Geogian, Finnish, Uzbek, Kazakh and Bengali!
Of course, my skills of these languages are still far from sufficient.
The thing I value the most, however, is the attitude to trying to know their culture.
Interacting with people from different background is an eye-opening experience and that makes me really happy.
I wanna inspire people to learn different languages.

(Japanese) That sounds cool! (Japanese) It was fun! (Japanese) Oh, Iāll go there later! (Japanese) We met on OmeTV, right? (Japanese) Yeah, we did. (Japanese) I was using OmeTV and got asked, āDidnāt you meet Kazu-san?ā (Japanese) What, really!? (Japanese) I was so surprised!! (Japanese) Oh my gosh!
(Japanese) At first, I was like, āOh, Iām not…ā. (Japanese) Ahaha itās kind of scary, right? (Japanese) I said, āWho is Kazu-san? Iām not…ā. Hahahaha (Japanese) But they saw my face, and it’s definitely me! haha (Japanese) Were they Japanese? (Japanese) Yes! And I have some Japanese friends. Yeah!

(Japanese) Originally it was 100% Korean brain. (Japanese) Now it’s like 30% Japanese, 20% English, and 50% Korean. (Japanese) My Korean is getting worse and worse. (Japanese) The way you speak can be unnatural. (Japanese) I’m often told I speak Korean weird. (Japanese) Wow, really? (Japanese) Even from my parents.
(Japanese) But I think it’s amazing how you maintain all the languages! (Japanese) No, not that much. And youāre….! (Japanese) I’m really happy when people from overseas are learning Korean. (Japanese) I’m glad that they are learning my own language. (Japanese) I know, right? (Japanese) I wanna watch K-dramas without Japanese subtitles. (Japanese) Thatās why I learned Japanese. (Japanese) Ah, is that so? (Japanese) Originally, I like Japanese movies.
(Japanese) I like teen romance movies. (Japanese) My mom likes Detective Conan anime. I used to watch it with my mom. (Japanese) And then, I watched teen romance movies, but I gotta stare at subtitles. (Japanese) You certainly have to stare at the subtitles the whole time. (Japanese) Oh, you cried? (Japanese) Maybe I’ll cry tonight when I see the rest of it. Yeah! hahaha (Japanese) Whatās your favorite Japanese movie? (Japanese) There is a movie that went viral in Korea a year ago and everyone loves it. (Japanese) āEven If This Love Disappears from the Worldā. (Japanese) Actually, I donāt know….
(Japanese) It might not be that famous in Japan. (Japanese) In the movie, there’s a memo telling not to forget about me. (Japanese) Subtitles came out a little late. I read the note and cried about 3 seconds before the others.
(Japanese) The person sitting next to me looked at me like, “Why is she crying?”. (Japanese) Oh, there was a time gap! (Japanese) Yes! Then 3 seconds later, everyone saw the subtitles and cried together. (Japanese) It’s definitely nice to be able to understand the story in real time!
(Japanese) Yes! That made me glad I studied Japanese! (Japanese) Itās impressive that you can explain the story in Japanese! (Japanese) No, I can’t, so I’ve left out some of the details! (Japanese) No, youāre literally perfect! (Japanese) Wonderful!! (Japanese) Iām shy!!! (Japanese) What kind of music do you listen to? J-pop! Ohhhhh!!!

(Japanese) There is a seven-letter rule. (Japanese) When a person from Gyeongsang Province says the 7-letter word, the intonation is always the same!
(Japanese) The intonation is like this. (Japanese) Wow!!! (Japanese) When people in Seoul speak it, there is no particular intonation. (Japanese) Interesting! (Japanese) Thereās a famous line from a movie. (Korean) You should go to Hawaii. (Japanese) If I hear it, I might be able to discern its dialect.
