Thinking of heading to Bentonville in the next few days but concerned about trail conditions.

It’s been wet there overnight but should be sunny and 60 for the next couple of days. Do the trails recover pretty well after rain/light snow and would I be able to ride most things by, say, Wednesday? Or will I find a lot of mud and trail closures? The trail conditions app is cool, but not sure how accurate/reliable it might be. Anyone tips/intel would be most appreciated.

  1. There are still miles and miles of trail that are rideable even after rain, via the wet weather route – The Back 40. But yes, some of the clay-capped trails may close. I went down the week after Xmas 27th-30th, it rained pretty much all day on Xmas and by the time I got there on Wednesday, everything was opening and riding great.
