Need a picture of your caliper arms to see what type they are. By how new they look, most likely the allen key that holds each caliper arm on also holds down the spring tension.
If you know someone with a truing stand or have one yourself and you have a spoke wrench one major thing to watch out for is wheel dishing. If all of the spokes on one side of the rim are improportionally tighter than the other side it can pull your whole wheel over a little bit in relation to the hub. I was fortunate enough to inherit a really nice park tools truing stand from a bike shop that closed down but I know it’s a luxury that not everyone has.
As the previous poster said you can also (usually depending on brake model) adjust each brake arm with their own springs to pull them over slightly

You fix your spring tension
