Spend a bunch of money. Change the fork, swap to an air shock, get lighter tires and go tubeless.

  2. Is this Supreme mini (160mm) or Supreme DH?

I have the supreme mini hanging in my garage. Loved that bike, taught me how to ride fast thanks to the single-pivot brake jack. Less brakes = more smooth.

That said, frame is heavy af… you could lose a couple lbs with an air fork and shock. Wheels/tires next if you can find something lighter than whatever you’re running. From there you’ll run into big time diminishing returns on weight/$. I’d say you’d have a hard time getting it down to 35lbs without putting straight up XC stuff on it.

  3. DH bikes are meant to be heavy, you would be wasting money trying to get it lighter – they aren’t meant for normal trail riding. If it were me, I would be looking for a different frame that I could move some of the components over to.
