Good deal? Stevens Comet 2018 (2400€)

I’m looking for my first road bike and got offered this bike.
It’s a 2018 Stevens Comet Carbon Disc with:
– Full carbon frame
– Ultegra Di2 (R8070)
– Token Carbon C45 Disc Wheels
– Continental GP5000
– D-fly

It’s way more than I was looking for, but only a fraction higher than my initial budget.

My only concern is the tire max width of 28mm.

Is this a good deal or am I being blinded by the Ultegra Di2 and the carbon wheel set?
