Doug's question of the day: I never once eaten any sort of glue, and I don't think I want to try any 😂

My sisters friend had a glue eating addiction. When she came over, we had to hide the glue, but too often I take out my glue stick for school and it would be completely empty.

i don't know about watermelon seeds but things can grow inside you, there was an incident where someone choked on some peas they were eating which went into their lung which then started growing because of warm humid conditions.

Doug's question : as a kid I definitely had pica so I was absolutely MUNCHING on chalk as often as possible. There were also things like rocks, paper, cardboard, a wooden dollhouse that was taller than me and a little nibble of the plastic elevator for funsies. Glue was closer to a condiment so I never showed too much interest in eating it so I just didn't.

dear doug, to answer your question of the day I ate alot of things. coins glue paint grass leaves marbles PAPER hair handfuls of butter and last but not least the sleeves & collar off my shirts and a blanket.

DQOTD: It only happened once when eating fishies I accidentally ate play-dough and my child self was like oh absolutely not XD

When I was a child I liked putting coins and those small glass stones in my mouth cause I liked the taste and shape and would just swish them around. wound up swallowing a lot of those.

I remember in 2nd grade, there was this kid who ate glue in art class, and I remember he was sick one day and everyone else was like "oh no! I wonder what happened!" And I sat there, like, "hmm, maybe it was because he ate glue in art class?" And my classmates all looked at me like I was crazy.

With the Sweet Caroline opening clip, I was half expecting the intro tune to just be the bum bum bum LMAO

Dqotd: I used to eat erasers as a Kid like full on eat them

16:48 I remember when I had nightmares that it was the fan in my room that thing would do one of these 3 things

1. Clone itself like 100 times until it had fully surrounded my bed

2. Have wheels and roll over to my bed and look at me menacingly

3. Just look at me menacingly

They were stored into my core memory

Funny story! I swallowed a button battery once. I was doing a magic trick and to hide it I put it in my mouth, I reflexively swallowed and I was so scared. I was an animal Planet kid so I watched this fun little show called monsters inside of me. One of the episodes had a baby who swallowed a battery just like the one I swallowed and it burned out like a quarter inch of the baby's throat. I've also licked the purple glue sticks because they tasted like candy, they absolutely had to be fresh.
