I took a fall after almost crashing into another bike, and the front tire is wobbly whenever I bike on it? Is there any fix to it or would I have to get a whole new bike?

Needs to be trued. Take it to your local bike shop. Despite what you may read on the Internet this is not a task for novice mechanics.
