Came with my Ultimate eTap. What are these things? I also had two small black rings taped to the crank. Any idea what they may be for?

I believe they are adjustment tools for the derailer
I can at least help you out with two of these. Red one on top is an adjustment tool for your front derailleur, to set the correct height and angle. The one in the center of the photo is a wedge for your front derailleur. The two on each side if it MIGHT also be thicker wedges for the fd, but I’m not sure.
Tool in the bottom, no idea actually, but I’m sure someone knows.
Tool at the bottom is to set the preload on your headset if you need to adjust the bar height etc.
-Top is front derailleur alignment tool
-Middle are front derailleur wedges that came with your groupset. They different sizes to brace the front derailleur to different shaped frames.
-middle is headset preload adjustment tool which is specific for your bike. Don’t throw it away.
