The 990 brake mounts make me wonder if this an RL20II. If it is, snag that shit – even if it’s not anything you plan on keeping, it’s got tremendous resale value. Lots of old dad BMX guys like me who love the twin top-tubes.
I think it’s a RL640, it was my friends first BMX
Its garbage now . They cut off the 990 mount . I wanted one of these bitd .
It is a 1997 RL 640. It was heavily advertised in Ride BMX in the summer of 1997. There was a guy named “Fish” in the ads and one of the editors named McGoo made fun of the ads.
