I wonder if the community can help with identifying this bike. It’s for sale locally. The vendor says it is Planet X brand (I’m in the UK) and reckons it is Titanium – I’m not sure though. He is selling it pretty cheap.
He also says there is Campagnolo components. Notably, where the derailleur cables route down the down tube, there looks to be the old style mountings/lugs for down tube shifters – but that doesn’t seem right – I don’t think the bike could be that old?
Anyway – I know the community love a challenge so thought I would throw it out there. Thanks in advance!

That is 100% aluminum tubing. (Welds)
If the seller is saying it’s titanium, it’s not his bike and possibly stolen. Buyer beware.
