Been trying to get this to shift as it should. B screw is lined up using the tool provided with the RD. Haven’t messed with the inner and outer limit screws.
It seems it loses grip in the middle of the cassette and then goes totally haywire. When I shift back down, it stops on the second cog thinking it’s in the first via the AXS app on my phone. The final three shifts came from only shifting once.
XDR hub with XD cassette (spacer installed).

First check the chain is correct length. Then Inner and outer limit screws are the first thing to adjust with the chain off. Chain on. B screw with tool. Did you note the adjustment isn’t made with the chain on the outer ring? I looked at the start and end of video. B screw adjustment isn’t correct. Look at the end of the video that gap isn’t correct. Chain length based on derailleur position looked good.
You can use the SRAM app to micro shift once you’re all lined up as you know.
