Steer clear of it. Looks like they already drilled a hole to stop the crack from propagating, which looks like it did nothing. Any repair is going to crack again. Save your cash!
If you can get that frame for $10 and a McChicken and have your buddy aluminum welder fix it for free it’s fine, but don’t expect it to last or be a good investment. Or wall art.
