I’m looking for a solid commuter road bike. In the past I’ve owned a POS Walmart GMC Denali road bike and I loved it so my standards are pretty low.
I think this will be a pretty significant upgrade but I would like feedback as to whether its worth the $350.

I wouldn’t pay $350 for it, I would offer $250 and wouldn’t pay over $300. The reason he had to rebuild the headset is because the front fork has been replaced. I’m not sure if it’s carbon or not, but it may indicate an accident or other problem. Is the 56 inch frame the right size for you? In other words are you about 6 feet tall?
