The summer of 2022 I did my first longer solo trip on motorcycle, my first plan was to ride north in Sweden on the Swedish TET, but about one week before I left I decided to take a trip on the Norwegian TET instead.

After I finished my first ride I spend one week off my vacation to “gear up”, I bought me a new pair of boots and pants with Goretex membrane and repaired my tent poles. I were allso back at work for one week and after that I took on a new ride to Norway to ride the part of the TET that I missed on my first rid. My first Night I spend at a place along Trysilelva close to Elvdal, the second night in a cabin at Grimsbu Touristcentre and tha third and last night I stayed in a cabin at Dovreskogens Camping,
In the last part of this video I share my packing list and talk about what gears I had on my trips.

18:14 Day two, Riding from Elvdal to Grimsbu, visitng Trontopen.
35:14 Day three Riding from Grimsbu Tourist Centre to Dovreskogens Camping. Traveling through beautiful Grimsdalen.
50:06 Day four, riding home from Dovreskogens camping in Dovre.
1:08:08 Gear talk, Talkiing through my gear and packing list.

Oh I have forgot the table don’t don’t tell anyone that I use the same rug that I need that I used for before it’s amazing it is like riding in a fairy tale this is a fairy tale and that was pretty much it okay okay I’m sitting here again and uh tomorrow

I will return back to Norway um on mutra cycle of course uh my plan is to ride next stretch of Norwegian T the the stretch that I didn’t ride last time and uh at this point I will start in a place called sta in Norway and uh from there I will go back

To V where I uh finished or where Where I Leave Norwegian T last uh ride uh I have done some change in my uh equipment since last ride uh the first and biggest difference is I have bought me new pants and new boots with the guex and uh the pants is gortex pro

Laminated gortex pants and uh I don’t know what type of gex uh it is in the boots it it really doesn’t matter but it’s gortex in the boots as Well not the best thing to do when riding you have to sneeze with your helmet on but I really had to do it yes yes you can see the fuel light is on and uh it has been on for a while but uh it’s around 4 kilm to the next place

Where they have a fuel station yes R be NES in Sweden close to the Norwegian border and here is the place where they should have the fuel station and now we are really close to the Norwegian border this is how it looks Sweden h and here we are in Norway I am

Back on the Norwegian T my Friends wa he a beautiful evening it’s um halfast 5 and uh as you can see it’s really really nice weather and it’s a lot of Uh it’s a lot of uh anim right here hey it’s Goods they are little cute ones so I hope to find a nice place to put up my tent uh my first plan was to reach sta and uh I have reached STA and I have uh rided uh 70 kilom after STA and

U i we try to ride 100 kilomet from uh sta today but right here as you can see it’s a lot of hitter uh cabins so it’s not a really good place to I think this will be a nice place to put up the tent for the night I can’t see

Anything about uh a fee cost but um when looking here it says uh Park working for tent and camping so I guess I guess it’s allowed to to stay here so I will uh just uh clean up a little behind the that shelter and uh I think that will be really

Nice actually really nice yeah I think this will be perfect for tonight now I’m going to make me something to eat and drink coffee before I make everything ready for the night I haven’t blew up my air mattress and put down my sleeping bag and things like

That but I am so hungry so I really need uh something to eat before I do anything more and today a new one that I never had tasted before uh chicken TI Masala I used almost exactly uh 200 and 20 230 220 gam of uh gas on my last trip N9 days and

Uh instead of taking two one would be enough but instead of taking two 230 G canister I took this 300 gr canister that will be more than enough I think you don’t have to do it the easiest way all the time you can do it complicated as well

Like this and putting it on the floor I will take a lot of water water and boil because uh that will be good for cooling it down and then I can fill up my water bottles uh with the boiled water it doesn’t fit what uh blood I have to

Test that’s a risk to have only one canister but luckily I have a canister to my uh mosquito repellent so I’m not totally smoked but uh this wasn’t good at all but this one fit and it’s the same but I can’t get anything out of it it doesn’t work this canister doesn’t

Work that’s why you should always test everything every single thing at home before you leave but you don’t think you have to test a gas canister this one isn’t full so I don’t have really much gas because I can’t use this one uh when I when I get home I can fill

From this canister to this one but it is the thread is uh not good and then this one fits but even if I open it there is not coming any guess so I have 300 gam of useless gas but enough I will go and get me some

Water so it’s it’s not a big problem but um it’s not fun actually it is a little fun because I should have tested I had two canister and I tested one of them and then I took the other one with me and that’s actually a little

Funny but yeah at least I was able to show you why you shouldn’t rely on one gas canister this is wonderful this is so wonderful I really love this yes canister yes a rolling boil oh that wasn’t enough I have to get a little more water oh this one this one it’s soup

But maybe not TI Masala chicken TI Masala first time not bad but Curry well it’s a little strong chicken curry is bad better but this one is good also my favorite so far is uh Kebab casserole and then chicken carry and after that uh it was some type of

U wild wilderness casserole I don’t know what it’s in English v g that’s on third place and this one is on fourth place it’s not like the other one but not bad I also have U pasta bolog with me and I have a sausage I have to I have to get that

One wait wait wait wait wait I will be back it looks like it’s going to be rain tomorrow maybe or maybe already tonight you don’t have to sit and at me eating see you tomorrow or later this evening he it’s uh 10 minute to 9 and I’m am sitting here in my Coy

Little tent and as you can see lot of space for some reason I am sleeping in wrong direction in the tent I always have my head in that direction and my feet in that direction and actually it should be the opposite but it feels so

Strange and this is also my bad my bad my bad my bad um when I were at um I slept at this side because it was uh uh like a hole under that bed it it was really leaning so I couldn’t lay there so I have to sleep at this side

And in my sleeping bag I always have my zipper to the left and when I am laying there the zipper to the left is into the wall so I have need to have The Zipper to the right and that’s felt very strange I don’t know why but this is my

Place and I want to have my head in that direction otherwise it feels so strange but that’s me so yeah that was all for tonight see you tomorrow Bye well good morning [Applause] everyone this was the first Night and uh I have slept okay but I have woke up a couple of time and it’s a little cold it’s not that cool that I woke up because I am freezing but when I’m awake it is it is cold um I don’t know what temperature it is

Outside but uh this is definitely the limit for this uh Sleeping Bag yes but this was the first night and now I have to make my breakfast it can be really need to have a little scissor when open those uh bags because it’s so easy that you

Tear uh the bag AP part and then it’s really hard to to close it it’s a little cool outside but uh the sun is shining so it will soon be warmer up outside I’m close to a place called elv doll and this is uh CL elen or the

Alva depending on what country you are in but on the map on my map because I guess it’s a Swedish map it it it says clar album today I’m probably going to alal it’s 250 Kil M to alal from here and then I have about 200 250 kilm left

To VU probably it’s Monday today so I will probably reach Vore already Tomorrow now I have to eat and uh see you later day two on the Norwegian T you see down here also a place you can put up a tent and uh maybe it is uh more places this is um close to El doll in Norway so that’s uh name to remember if riding T El doll you can find some nice places to put up your

Tent and stay for the night here we have road to almost almost missed it we have to see what are the is Saying uh car 70 uh they are not saying anything about uh about uh motorcycle so I guess it’s uh free for motorcycle I guess so yeah it’s a lot of uh beehives uh here and there in the forest and I can tell you when you stop by them it it really smells

Honey and soon you will see where we are I’m turning left here ah I’m here I have been here before with my with my old bike Ah that’s cool I have been here before I have to put it in the video that was really fun this place where I am right now I

Shouldn’t be able to know it without uh this uh tat um this is not uh the the normal road that you go if you visiting Norway as a tourist yes and now I have filled up with petrol on riding but H I’m I’m going out of uh the map

Again I have to stop oh my God I’m now riding up on the Tron Fel up to the top and the weather looks uh promising and the view is spectacular it’s amazing it’s a little steep it’s a little steep hill you can say it’s amazing oh my God I am now up at

Tron look at that spectacular view can you imagine can you imagine oh I have to stop and help uh a family with a puncture on their Car but when this is really really really hard Jesus my God it is such loose gravel so it’s hard to get the bike narrow enough it’s much easier on tormac I can say than on this surface because it won’t to Slide it’s really really want to slide oh my God that was the most difficult one I think uh left is not that problem but right is really really hard I can tell you this is low speed maneuver at the hardest I am heading

To G SP I think at least I’m not I’m not sure um if I remember correctly I am heading to Grim SP but um it’s starting to be to to to be a little late in the evening and I am trying to find a place to stay for the night uh it can

Be free camping but it can also be uh at a camping place isn’t it cool looking a little water crossing this is probably not the shortest way or fastest way to to and it’s actually a little hard to ride actually uh and here we have a motorcyclist Hello huh oh For Fore long h oh this water here put ahuh Fantas he maybe that was the place he talked about yeah yeah my heart is telling me to keep on I wasn’t supposed to stop there I was supposed to keep on riding keep on riding until I find maybe a beautiful spot for free camping or a camping place it doesn’t

Matter I can do both I took a cab in but actually I should have taken a tent place so I could get my tent dry but um yeah it will dry when I come back home as well and this will be my home for tonight okay this will be my

Home isn’t it wonderful huh I really need this the way down from Tron toopen was terrible my God okay today I’m in the cabin again and today I will test the pasta carbonara this is the pasta bolog this is the bolog the other one is the carbon but it doesn’t taste

Bad but it’s not the favorite I have a couple of them and I will eat them but I I don’t I wouldn’t buy more of them if I say so because you have to pay a lot of money and then it’s better to pay for the one you really like that’s my Opinion oh good morning everyone this was the second night and day three of Norwegian T has just Began I have about 150 kilm left to W uh it’s raining outs side right now uh uh so I’m glad I’m in cabin but now time for breakfast it’s already a little late it’s 10 8 I think so yeah Well for the even do I have the The It’s starting to rain but um I already have my rain gear on so I will stop for a coffee and if it starts raining really much I have to go back to my bike again I guess even though it doesn’t make any difference because the bike is outside as well I need my

Cooker all I um forgot to put in the microphone in my helmet camera this morning so uh probably nothing of what I have been saying is recorded or I was talking about that I uh maybe is looking for another tent a twers tent freestanding dorm type of tent I also

Need a sleeping bag because uh the sleeping bag I have is old and it’s heavy and it’s not uh really good for low temperature it’s often cooler uh at the night here than what the bag is rated for I slept in it when it was just over 0° C maybe 1° Celsius

And I was freezing a little I I was cold but I wasn’t shivering I woke up a couple of time but don’t because I was freezing so I think that that uh Sleeping Bag might be rate down to maybe maybe 0° but I will say 5°

Celsius is the Comfort limit of uh that sleeping bag so maybe I should look at a down sleeping bag that can handle temperature down to maybe minus 5 or – 7° cius – 5 to 7° C is a good summer bag here in Scandinavia it’s – 5° C in the summer

I am in FAL and I have stopped for a cup of coffee and a sausage okay back on the road Again it was nice with a coffee break I was actually starting to get a little Hungry I had to stop and take out the battery of of my GoPro uh now and then it stops working and I have to take out the battery and put it back in again uh the plan with my trip was to reach uh vogo to complete the ride of uh the Norwegian

Tat and are aiming to reach Vore in Wednesday and it’s Tuesday today and I can’t see why I shouldn’t reach Vore today I have to stop somewhere during the night and I’m not sure if I should stop in vgo more or if I should take a cabin in

D anyhow I I have had an amazing trip uh so wonderful and I really like I really love this I really love this this was my first solar riding and look at that beautiful landscape look at that beautiful landscape I’m amazing I know I have told you before how amazing it

Is I can’t switch off the camera yet because look at this look my it’s amazing it’s amazing it is like riding in a fairy tale this is a fairy tale oh the Misty Mountain the to D we must bre day for Go it’s raining a little not much but I am testing my new uh water protected the camera house uh that I have uh made uh I haven’t made a house itself I have uh uh made uh Inlet or outlet for the microphone cable the road is closed for a while

It’s a lot of really really big gravel and a really big uh excavator is that what you call them we have a cow look up for cows on the road hello cow on the road hello little cow I had to go to V to the petrol station the camping with the petrol

Station where I finished my last riding uh on the T because that’s where I added up the T last time and I have to I have to go back Um I’m a little lost but uh yeah I think I have to turn back around and um see if I can turn around turn around turn around because this is or no this is the right right this is the correct way maybe no I fool

Myself or no this was the camping I have now finished my journey and from here I will go back I think I will fill up with patri and then and as you can see I am back at the camping and here was the place that I

Finished my ride on the Norwegian T last time and I will go back to D I think along the E6 and try to find me uh cabin number nine cabin number nine and I have to see which one it is cabin number nine he said it

Was the last one in this row actually and uh yeah okay number nine so it is it it has cost um 595 uh Norwegian konor but I got it for 450 noridian because they use they don’t use to rent this out he said it wasn’t it he he he didn’t explain it really

But what’s what’s wrong with this one it’s perfect and he almost excused himself because it wasn’t yeah you know but what can you expect it’s perfect it’s perfect today Kebab my favorite but I got to open this one okay yes here we go now we start eating it should be ready

Now you should test this someday Kebab casserole and real coffee it’s so Amazing good morning everyone day four this was the third night and I am in beautiful D at a camping that’s called D kouan camping and I got this beautiful cabin the man in the reception reception The owner uh of the campaign excused himself because they normally didn’t rent out this uh cabin for some reason I could understand Why I I don’t know I don’t know they don’t like it for some reason um there was no uh uh pillow or um or um I don’t know the English name te uh in Swedish or I will text it in the video but that’s of course called because they don’t rent it

Out um and uh the same with uh pots and pants and things like that but I have my tranga so I don’t need any pots for making my coffee or breakfast and this thing I have my own and I have my sleeping bag so it’s not a problem either

Um I got it for a a lower price and I mean it’s it’s roof over my head and uh it’s have uh electricity I could charge my camera my phone and uh it’s uh Heating in here here and it’s a refrigerator I can’t wish for more I

Can’t wish for more that’s more than enough actually I never used a refrigerator and mostly I don’t use uh stove if there is a water boil uh I I used to use it but otherwise I use my Trang instead or what else I have for boiling so that’s definitely not the problem for

Me I’m used to sleep in simple uh cabin also than this or the tent and the tent is really nice um well I have to clean up a little on the table and start to make me some breakfast on my last trip I had my dried

Milk in the paper bag that they are sold in and uh everything vibrate vibrate when riding and uh the bag one of them had the uh wibrate against something so it was a hole in the bag and uh a lot of uh milk powder was uh out

In the plastic bag that I had around it so I don’t get all my side case full of powder milk but it’s anyway not uh oh optimal so I took that uh plastic jar instead I’m starting to get an idea of what I want to bring

It’s not uh a lot of thing that I don’t use but it’s the it’s how how many of each thing that I need for example I have power Banks and at this trip I have just been here for three nights and I have slept in Cabin two of those

Nights and then you almost don’t need a power bank I need a power bank to recharge my phone but I at that situation I could have a really small power bank in in the last uh trip I was out uh for nine days nine nights and I slept in

Cabin two times in that situation I don’t have uh the possibility to recharge the battery or recharge the power bank then I use more power bank and the bigger of my power bank is enough for about 2 nights so if I will be out seven or actually nine nights there was seven

Nights in 10 without any possibility to recharge then I need three power Banks to recharge my phone and my GoPro and things like that if traveling without GoPro then it’s not a big problem then you don’t need power Banks another example is clothes how much socks and underwear do you need

How long time in a sweater like this one before you want to change it you can wash it but if it’s raining and you are sleeping in a tent then you have a big problem to get it dry so in that case you can’t wash it and you need uh more underwear and

Uh what if something happen so you get wet then you also need something to change to so if the WEA is nice you you can you don’t need that much uh clothes because you can wash and uh dry but if it’s raining or it’s cloudy or little then

It’s harder and then you need more and um the temperature on the night also set a limit of what uh rating you need for your sleeping bag do you need a liner jacket for example you definitely should have one because uh it’s really nice when sleeping in a

Tent because you can use it as a pillow or if it’s cooler than what your sleeping bag is rated for you can also use it um for extra layer so um it definitely you should have a a liner jacket time for breakfast I think you have seen

This before time for breakfast I think you have seen this before but maybe not this oh it’s a sausage ear Corb for my coffee there is no handle for this one but I think I can use this maybe he said I normally didn’t r out this cabin so I guess it’s not that

Dirty in Here it just caused me problem I had to do it I have to stand on my knees [Applause] [Applause] I haven’t used this room at all I think in the other cabin they only have this little room and the other room the one that I slept in it’s um open uh so you can have the kitchen and something like that in that part so it’s maybe a little difference

Between how those cabin looks I used to have something like this I always used to bring that even in hotel and things like that and I have used it in London for example where they have another type of of uh Outlets uh then I just need one converter from uh the outlet in

London in England to the European model and then I can put in uh that type of uh uh equipment and use all uh electrical things in in in this one instead of have one uh adapter for each um charger for example oh I have forgot the table don’t

Don’t tell anyone that I use the same rug that I need that I used for the floor and that was pretty much it now I just have to go to the toilet and do number one and put my clothes on and pack my garbage so I can take it

Home and then leave the key and yeah then I’m ready to go see you later my cabin for tonight number nine and now I am starting to riding Home and I don’t forgot to video record it this time time can you imagine That really nice cabin I talk with the owner and told him that I had a wonderful night I am so Pleased I couldn’t wish for more than that so I’m heading home and it’s a big road home so uh it shouldn’t be any problem uh it’s of course it’s a lot of traffic but uh not extremely much so and it’s uh a smoo part in Norway 80 kilm hour so it is

A relatively calm traffic no one from the left and no one from the right and here we go thank you thank you to over goans camping it was a wonderful visiting okay so it was uh B in lammer that I didn’t know but I don’t know how to get there

Um and here we are Okay my friends I am almost at home uh from this last uh trip to Norway I have to take my bike to Sur is and uh I guess I have to clean it a little first because it’s it’s really dirty and uh we match each other well I think how long was this

Trip all in all 1,425 kilm and my last trip was 3,500 something so almost 5,000 kilometer on my bike this summer and that’s pretty good I Think I have recently been to Norway on vacation and uh I actually been there twice this summer uh so I will try to make a video about what I carried in luggage on my trips this video is mostly done for myself to remember what gear I had on my

Trip and what I have used and what I not have I used and to do it as simple as possible I will start from the left pen here to the right pen here and I will start with some smaller thing that I have in my

Left pan here and that was uh Maps U Norway and I never used them I had this uh multi-tool with some uh torx bits and uh it can be handy to have especially the torx bits I also carried this uh little bottle with chain oil I didn’t have it on my first trip

But U I got the tips from mik that uh this one uh is good and it’s in a very small bottle I had a couple of um cord uh to be able to hang up uh gear for drying and things like that I had a couple of

Um in Swedish we call them C nle and I don’t know the English name for them but it is to to put up the clothes on those uh drying lines I also had uh a tube of rubber glue and uh some um nital gloves I also carried this little tool box

With some uh torx bits uh little wrench that’s uh one4 of an inch that fits uh on the bits in in that way and it’s also different uh Mo mostly torx bits but also Allen and uh yeah nothing special actually in in the bottom of my peners I had a couple of plastic

Sheets one of this uh sheet I always um had under my T floor to uh protect the T Flor from uh water or moisture actually and those thing I stored directly in uh the paner then in my paner I had this uh bag in my left

Paner and I had this knife which I used a couple of time but not that many time and I had maybe one of the biggest or heaviest thing three of those larger uh Power Banks and I had two of this smaller with this so maybe this is a little too much

Or maybe it’s yes I don’t know how much of those gear I should bring actually and that one I stored in uh this uh bag I also had food I eat the oatmeal every morning oatmeal Lemonberry Dam uh salt and uh dried milk and um on my first trip I had a little

Accident I didn’t have that container I have the bags uh that you that you can buy the milk in here in Sweden and um yeah one of the bags got a little hole in it so I got dried milk uh in my uh luggage that’s that’s for breakfast and then I have

Had dry dried food for each uh day I was out this is nine of them and I had a Ru of toilet paper I also have uh garbage bags I had one large cooka for making my oot meal and I have a smaller one for coffee I have a couple of

Uh those uh uh wetex uh sheet for drying out condensation from my tent on my second trip I had this uh for water purification I never used it my I have this bag to be able to clean uh my underwears and things like that utensils for eating this larger one

For or longer one for uh eating those dried food and I had this spoon for oatmeal and the knife and fork I used only once when I uh made my bacon one night uh one uh evening I also had this uh toilet race bag and I also sometimes carry those batteries for

My GoPro in my left pan ear and sometimes I had it in my top Box in my top box I had a lot of them I had uh my first a kit and I had some uh drugs for headache and uh antihistamines and for uh diary and things like that so this is my first aid kit I also had this collar uh which can be very

Nice if it’s really cold outside I had two bottle of waters two bottles of water I had two hat and here you have more of those uh examination gloves and hand desination and I also have Norwegian uh money for those to roads I had coffee I had

My trangia stew as well in here and U an extra uh on my first trip I had rain gear but I didn’t have it on my second trip and sunglasses and clear protective glasses and I had a bottle of or a canister of camping Gas in my right pen here I had the plastic sheath in the bottom then I have tent pegs my T pools extra gloves this is Outlet if I uh should use my electrical air pump and I also have more uh garbage bags and those thing I stored in the bottom of my

Paner I also have a gas canister and my mosquito pant from thel and then I had my tent and I have this uh foldable chair in here and a couple of Crocs and a used of those wetex dried sausage this one I also have

Uh one for each uh day and two bottle of water this one I also had and this one really comes in handy when sleeping in cabins so you can uh use Outlets Easier the last thing my bag with clothes and things like that I had a thin uh sleeping mattress I have uh my air mattress I had a pump for the air mattress I had a liner jacket I had my uh pants which I used uh at the campsite I had

A a traveling sheath that I used in Cabin and I had my sleeping bag and I also had a towel and this uh bag for drying clothes in and this is the storing bag for my um sleeping bag and that one I used as a pillow and then I have my extra

Clothes uh one sweater and one t-shirt functional t-shirt in some type of synthetic material I had extra couple couple of long yars in some wool material uh underwear and uh wool socks and two pair of them and two pair of those underwears and I also have this dry bag for laundry and that

Was pretty much what I had on my trp that one and that one on the pon and then you see my BS and uh I hope that you like the video and I hope that you stay on my channel for more videos like this I hope to see you next video Bye
