Picking the wrong rack?

I’m just going to start with the fact that something must be wrong with me. I’m looking for a mysterious unicorn of a front rack for my bike. Must fit 700c, aluminum preferred, black in color, not too wide, not too narrow, medium would be nice. I don’t want it flat. I want low railed sides, not a basket. Must attach to fork legs not at or near axle, attachment support arms must be adjustable so I can control the angle. I have looked at every one I can locate on the Internet and found “it” the one, out of all our there that I could choose. Literally weeks of work. Turns out, I can’t get it in the USA. …unless you can help. It is on the NEW Cinelli Zydeco Silver Bootleg 2024. No mention of “brand anywhere. I dug deep and found it listed as “BikePartner Front Rack” (which means nothing) on Bikable(dot)com. They are in Germany and do not ship to the USA. Anyone know my next step to capture my unicorn?
