Hi guys ! We are in the creeks of Marseille there. And this is the introduction to a big hitchhiking trip in total improvisation. The goal is to go from the Mediterranean Sea which is behind to the North Sea, to Dunkirk. The goal will be to hitchhike

And go to as many cities as possible to explore as much as possible. Meeting lots of people, gonna be really cool. Come on, I’ll go get my bag from home and we’ll begin to hitchhike. So, I got there too late to be picked up by hitchhiking, so I took a night bus.

I arrived in Lyon at night and we did a very nice little tower at sunrise. Now, we took a very cool little nap. We’re going to join lots of guys, lots of Lyonnais. It’s going to be moving all day, it’s going to be cool. So a little context. Where are we?

We are in the mythical underground passages of Lyon, “the fish bones”. And there, we are in a some flooded part. It’s cool, I feel like I’m in a torrent but underground. Concretely, that’s it. You can largely cross paths. It’s a bit shaky

“The length is approximately original, and you see, the walls are original“ How many edges are there in total? Sixteen, sixteen. It’s very muddy. That’s why we continue barefoot ARGH “Down there, it’s at least 36 meters…“ ` `It’s more for storing things like weapons“ Oh yeah, storage weapons?

“like there are galleries, with lots of corridors.“ In itself it’s a bit redundant. Afterwards it’s all the same sixteen fishbones “That’s the origin and even that, it’s the kind of original thing.“ So that’s from 1st century? “Yes, there are some super smooth things in some galleries, and it’s original” SPI, does that mean?

“It’s SP1, it’s for firefighter“ Sometimes they do training, they have points called SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4 ´´It’s the main part of the fish bones you have the staircase which is a bit known when you see it from the top, you have all the vaults. And so on each, each corridor

That we see on the right, that’s basically it, it’s a fish bone. It’s a 30 m ”fish bone”, there’s nothing at the end.´´ Well we finished visiting the fish bones, it was quite interesting. It’s still interesting to see

We go out to the surface, clean off all the shit we have on our bodies and move on. We just went shopping for an Eco Plus type snack. And there, we quietly head towards an abandoned church that we are going to sneak in. Um, this going to be cool, I think.

Above all, it’s a revenge because in the past, I had already tried it and I had failed. And there, I won’t fail today, I promise. Ah we arrive through the organ. Ah yeah! pffffff. OK, that’s nice. How do I pass? It is still very beautiful. Beautiful architecture.

I hope I don’t sound any alarms. There’s a hole in the door. Look to the right “So it’s very, very funny.” It’s very pleasant because there is no graffiti, There is still all the woodwork preserved, It is still quite bright for a Gothic church There are some pretty statues

To the right and left, as we could see there are reinforcements everywhere to prevent it from collapsing. What do you think this machine is for? A projector ? Lighting. Yeah, this church is very nice, but we’re moving on to the next one. Imagine that there is not one church, but two abandoned churches.

Second church. We had a funny interaction with an opld man whose garage was the victim of recurring violations. He thought we wanted to go into his garage. Where have you guys been? OK, that’s good. And so, we explained to him that we just wanted to access the church, not his garage.

So the guy was calmer but hey… Still funny this interaction. So it’s going to be a small climb to access the ridge of the church, then the bell tower and the inside. We have to hurry because we would like to do the sunset on another roof. Sorry. Yes, yes, I hadn’t seen it.

OK. Not very intuitive, yeah we are clearly spotted guys. Well it’s solid apparently a true ladder Where ? “The girl down ” Are you okay? “Is the view beautiful?” It is beautiful. If you want. I don’t give a damn (about the pigeons) This way yes, there is a spiral. Come on,

Ok, definitely where the organ was I think. And yes, it’s well destroyed… well covered in graffiti. “This is new,” Everything is sealed. ok, so unfortunately we cannot access the nave. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to go back out, get my bag

And head out to grab some tacos and go eat on a rooftop at sunset. I love the contrast between the disgusting graffiti and the ultra-detailed stained glass windows. Hop, we’re not going to rush too much to avoid taking risks. That’s effective. Come on, Enjoy your meal, you guys! Yes, the mission is successful

With the clearly not disgusting view of the Fourvière hill. Oh yeah, GigaTacos, GigaTacos OK. So. Enjoy your food ! It’s 1 a.m., the sunrise tomorrow is likely. What we’re going to do, it’s very simple, we’re going to go back to the gentleman’s apartment. The problem is obviously, there are no more buses

And it’s an hour and 10 minute walk. Let’s go for this beautiful night hike. “I think we can try to hitchhike,” To hitchhike? but look at our outfits… It was a good lie-in. I left my friend’s place and there we are going to go to the city center to make explosions, let’s go.

We tried a church which we failed. What is the project? It’s to hitchhike to Geneva to walk around the lake, maybe go climb a power station. We’ll see if it’s gone. I’m going to take a bike and I’m going to go to the ideal location to hitchhike.

I need to find a piece of cardboard to show where I’m going. Let’s go ! I found some cardboard, I’m at the hitchhiking spot How do you write it ? There, I apply myself. If you knew how life-changing it is to write down exactly where you’re going, Hop!

I’m going to try to make the lines bigger so that you can clearly see from afar where I’m going to go. I think we’re not bad, huh? This is quality panel. I’m going to set a timer because if in 30 minutes I don’t get caught, I’m a big loser.

Well, I waited 40 minutes at my spot for a guy to pick me up and put me on the highway, telling me that my spot was not good at all and that it was better to put me here at the highway. Except that afterwards, there was a guy from highway security who came,

Who told me that it was absolutely forbidden to be here hitchhiking. So here I am. I’m going to try the departmental road. I hope I don’t arrive too late in Geneva. It’s crap. It’s 3:30 p.m., it must have been 3:30 hours since I started hitchhiking.

I spent 1 hour near where the guy dropped me off on the highway that I got yelled at by highway security. So what I’m doing here, I’m going to walk a little bit until I reach the first little town. And there, I would surely have a better chance of someone picking me up.

But I cross a park which is very nice. I don’t want to spend my night here. The weather is very threatening, there are a few drops that have fallen. If it start raining seriously, it’s total shit. So, fingers crossed. I’m really lost in the middle of nowhere. I’m totally in the fields.

It’s almost 4:20 p.m., something like that, and I don’t even want to get to Montreux, but to Geneva this evening. Normally, I think, In about thirty minutes, I would have reached civilization, including a McDonald’s. Once is not customary, I think, I want to have a meal there to comfort me.

The bridge is behind me, I have to cross it. I have to hurry because it’s the highway and I’m not allowed to be on it. And also because I have to start hitchhiking very quickly if I want to arrive on time. Do you understand why I have to cross this bridge?

OK, I’ve crossed, I’m trying to go straight. I hope there is a hole in the fence. Phew! I didn’t go far from the spikes. There is a hole We are making small progress, but we are making progress. I arrived at a pretty roundabout. There, I have a little McDonald’s

And while I eat, I lose no time, there is my sign, there are cars coming in the right direction. Well, I arrived in Geneva. So, it took me all day. Finally, there is a car from Kosovars who took me, very cool. They dropped me off roughly in the suburbs of Geneva.

It’s still daytime so I’m going to try to go directly to Montreux. I already have my little sign and there you go, it would be nice to try to find a place to sleep near a lake. Life is beautiful, it’s very peaceful right away.

As soon as you arrive in Switzerland, it’s immediately peaceful. I love it. I love Switzerland, but the goal is to not spend a single cent on food. It’s way too expensive here. The last time I came, it really traumatized me. Enough of talking. We have a long drive,

Normally 1 hour drive before arriving in Montreux. Change of program. I want to stop hitchhiking. Tropico will pick me up. We’re going to do a spot together and will drop me off more or less where I wanted. So nothing to worry about, guys. Hi !

I missed the sunrise, I had to get at least three hours of sleep, otherwise it was crap. The project. I’m going to wake up, I’m going to quickly pack my stuff, I’m going to go see what’s going on at this fucking power station. Ideally, try to climb the chimney.

Since it’s 6:30 a.m. and bit, there is no more sunrise. Potentially, it will be complicated with regard to the security. So I’m going to see what’s going on and after that, I’d like to go swimming in a lake. We will leave later during the day towards Besançon. It’s much worse than it seems

To climb a mountain at 7 a.m. in the morning. I am completely fasting. I’m pretty parched because I only have one water bottle. I’m not near civilization. If I climb that fucking chimney, I’m going to need water. I’ve done… barely two thirds, it’s endless. And look how tilted it is. Damn,

It’s super tiring, you slip all the time. OK, it seems to be a path, I am at the level of some sort of abandoned casemates. I do not know what it is. Identical little huts, there are a dozen of them, I think Problem. It’s the fucking jungle. Everything is covered with vegetation.

I don’t feel like going into the bramble over there. It will reach at least my waist. Lazy I think I’ll go back to the forest. I’ll go around there. I’m starting to run out of strength. It must be a big day today, I absolutely have to be in Besançon this evening and there,

I’m still in fucking brambles. Look at this shitty land while I’m right next to the power plant. I’ve been fighting in this shitty undergrowth for an hour and a half. I think there will be a way to average out. It looks doable. OK. Ideally, the project would be to go and

Climb one of these structures. Up there is the power station with the chimney, but since everything is secure, I’m not going to take the risk. It’s just these very atypical structures that I want to make. I’m going to hide my bag. to be faster, lighter, et cetera.

I hope he will wait quietly for me here. Come on, The point of no return. The view is magnificent since we are high up. We will pass by there. Very interesting Really atypical structure. I’m going to climb. I don’t know if it’s an equivalent to a cooling tower, but I love it.

I’m going to climb really on the cliff side to avoid being seen. Come on, we’re nearing the end. I’m really on my guard. I really don’t want to get caught in this country and get caught at first Shit There’s a hornet’s nest I’m wondering if that was really a good idea

To put my bag in the back.. Am I going to push vice has climbed up there? Surely So How am I going to go up? these little shitty metal parts Here we are. OK cool. Everything is fine. The view is beautiful. The small forest, the cliffs, the valley. The climbing is very cool.

I didn’t let myself be seen. so I’m going to go back down. Objective accomplished. It’s made me think of crane’s climbs. It’s okay, I’m not in totally unfamiliar territory. I just have these little metal bits sticking out, which are quite sharp. OK this way, this way. And after ? OK

It looks good at first glance. OK, it’s good Easy peasy And yes, it’s perfect, It was a great little morning climb, a real little wake-up walk. I loved it. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of time in the forest, so I didn’t have an amazing light, but it was still okay.

Then the landscape was fantastic, so great fun. There, now, I am going down to the nearest small town. The objective is to rob a supermarket. (NOT SERIOUS) I’m hungry and thirsty and I need a cell phone charger, especially that’s a priority because I have 9% and I lost my cable

In I don’t know where. In short At this supermarket, I found a cable, there I bought myself a breakfast of lords. So that’s good So here’s the project, I’m walking on this little cycle path towards Montreux. I could have hitched a ride on foot. It’s about 2:30/3 hours, but look how

Cool the landscape is in the countryside, between a river and a mountain, all surrounded by fields and trees. It’s so good, I love it and I thought, that’s also freedom. It’s not necessarily just climbing big things. Infiltrating abandoned buildings all the time, it also

Means saying “Hey, I have the choice between going quickly to a place by hitchhiking or taking more time by walking and enjoying nature.” And that’s what I’m doing and it’s cool. Once in Montreux, we will go swimming and it will be very cool. And then, we will have to start accelerating in earnest

To arrive in Besançon well before night if possible. Come on, let’s take this little footbridge. We arrived. It’s attacking the swans, I think, so it doesn’t get too close… no, I think he understands. I have a Lausanne side, a Besançon side. I had to be in Besançon at 4 p.m.

But I am still in Switzerland. It’s 3 p.m. I finally arrived in Besançon. It took me all day. I don’t know why, at first it was very slow. Afterwards, it accelerated. I never waited more than ten minutes, had very interesting talks with the people who took me. This evening is the music day.

I’m not going to take you, but we’re going to enjoy it with the big CODY and the big URBEXISTANCE, it’s going to be cool and tomorrow, we will explore this city. Well, the music festival was very cool. I took refuge on this small one-story mid-roof

Of an abandoned hospital. I was able to spend the night peacefully. The problem is that this little roof is covered with humid moss. so my sleeping bag is pretty soaked, what I’m going to do is that behind me there is the main abandoned hospital, I think I’m going to go to its roof

And I’m going to dry my sleeping bag. When it’s dry, we’ll go shopping. I have to buy something to eat and a pair of shorts that tore yesterday, then afterward, we’ll see what we do. It’s going to be cool. Let’s go Come on, let’s move on from there Neither seen nor known.

There, what’s going on? We’re in a laundromat and the plan is clearly to wash my clothes because they stink! They are all dirty. There, we are on a sort of small bridge with arches. And the project, I thint it’s to go climb the bridge. A real little hike.

I don’t know how high it should be. I don’t know 16, 16 small meters Urbexistance will come and join me on this bridge. Look how courageous this girl is ‘I’m knocking out my knees, but it’s no big deal’ We’re on a new bridge, a railway bridge this time. Metal structure,

And we’re obviously going to climb up to get a good overview. It’s covered by lichens, it’s a little slippery. OK. Well, as it should be, we’re going to walk a little. The river is pretty. Yes! Yesterday, it rained all day so I played billiards and darts

So I obviously didn’t film you, that’s not what you came to see here, you came to see unusual things. You are quite right. Since it was raining, I took refuge in the back stairs of a building and managed to put up my hammock and get a good night’s sleep, a real night.

What’s going to happen ? It is very simple. The AELION bro that I met in Lyon, he will join me here and we will leave quietly by hitchhiking to Strasbourg. How are you ? ´´What’s up?´´ Okay, the Internet, we have just arrived in Strasbourg. It went pretty well.

We tried at gas stations, it works quite quickly. We’re going to take the temperature of the city by gaining a little height. We’ll see…. There is a residential tower not far away. I hope we can infiltrate it and go to the roof and then we’ll see what we do.

It’s been barricaded, we’re going to try to get back, we hope it works. Obviously. These are badge doors. What ?! Apparently, maybe through the underground, we can go…the underground, must be this. It’s a real maze apparently. What!? It’s not possible. “Can you imagine, they hid the hole behind a door? ´´

I like this part. “We finish the floor and then we take it” ok, electric meters. ´´Do you want me to take your bag or not?´´ No, no, no ´´hey! We saw you!´´ He doesn’t seem to care. The light is magnificent though. For those who are wondering, these are wine cellars.

And basically, in the tanks that you see, there are numbers 417, 418, 419. Wine was stored in them with the aim of bottling it or simply storing it. ´´We can see simple stained glass windows on the sides´´ We will see what is happening a little down below. As I told you,

Those tanks, there are doors to access them. What is that ? Thermometers or is it to indicate the quantity there is? I’ve no idea. It’s full of pigeons though. Look, there’s still electricity. We’re going to see what’s happening in the laboratory. Oh, these machines are really nice. I don’t know what it is

As usual, I never know anything ´´It’s a pH meter´´ ´´It’s very stylish´´ oh ”You’re afraid of nothing” We’re going to set up the hammock. Eat, rest and that’s it. Hop, the tension. ´´singing´´ There you go. Good morning. Slept well? We slept well in our wine cellar,

We got up very early and we validated Strasbourg. I’m not going to tell you concretely what we did, but we did the most interesting thing we could do in Strasbourg. And there, there is a great light. We walk around the city, it’s very cool. Before leaving Strasbourg to hitchhike to Lille,

I’m going to take a quick shower. We’re simply going to go to ”Basic Fit”, destroy the muscle fibers and take a quick shower. Small sign, Well, it’s really ghetto, it’s a bag for pastries. I wrote Lille, normally it’s a 5 hour journey. I hope to be there in less than 7 hours.

It’s already been 10 hours since I started. I’m still not in Lille, even though it’s already double the duration of the normal journey+. It’s annoying. I’m in Brussels now and no one is picking me up, I’m going to persevere. I would love to be there before dark.

So we are on our last stage of the trip, in Lille! Finally, Lille was a real struggle. As you saw, I had to take a Flixbus because I couldn’t find a hitchhike from Brussels. We are on a roof, apparently the most beautiful in the city. It’s nice, it’s great.

There, I am with the bro, obviously, the one and only. The Prince of Lille. ´´At 9 a.m. and here the temperature is already.´´ We’re going to go swimming. Very cool, but it’s the roof structure that’s really cool. ´´Be careful at the bottom…it’s slippery.´´ Ah yes, there is condensation.

The view of the whole city, the historic center, the monuments, the churches. and the few turns there. It goes to a new roof, a small residential tower. Wow, I forgot about the sun. ´´So, you can climb these structures and you have a beautiful view behind´´ Go for it.

And we’re going to climb the small structure. OK, looks solid. We are going to trust the structure That’s cool! Well, nice as is this little tower. Come on, let’s go back down, hop hop It was way too hot to stay in town. We are in the Belgian forest there.

And we’re just going to go swimming in a lake, a sort of old flooded quarry. It promises to be very nice. We finally arrive at our destination. The descent… We’re going to earn our swim. That’s rotten wood. OK, can I send you the bags? ´´Go ahead, drop it“ Pfffffff,

We’re going to use the hammock rope to hoist the stuff up this shitty hike. Hop Shit Come on! We pick up the trash that idiots left ´´Well said´´ Oh that’s shit!!!! ´´Your foot man!´´ Ok there are the cops apparently. ´´Apparently…´´ OK, it looks good ok ok, it’s good. Come on oh damn,

We’re back in Lille, this marks the end of my wandering. Right in front of me there is a church where I will probably sleep tonight. I have to be in Marseille. I’m going back tomorrow, I’m taking a train first thing tomorrow and that’s it, I’m very happy with my trip.

We did some really cool stuff. I hope you liked it ? I count on you for support.
