I’m not sure what exact model this Kona Rove is but I’m getting a good deal on it. Only thing is, I want to put fatter gravel tyres on it.
Will the existing wheels allow me to do that?

The wheels yes
The frame however, not sure. Seems to be tight on the chain stay and no idea regarding fork.
It depends on the with of the rims (as far as there is space on the frame)

Probably but we can’t tell. Kona tends to be kind with tire clearance, but you have to mount it and look. Usually tightest at the chain stays. Keep in mind the bike flexes while riding, and can clog with mud, so you need a bit of safety margin. Tape helps.
