Probably but we can’t tell. Kona tends to be kind with tire clearance, but you have to mount it and look. Usually tightest at the chain stays. Keep in mind the bike flexes while riding, and can clog with mud, so you need a bit of safety margin. Tape helps.

The frame however, not sure. Seems to be tight on the chain stay and no idea regarding fork.
It depends on the with of the rims (as far as there is space on the frame)
