I purchased a cannondale supersix evo, uncertain of year since it’s been painted, and received 3 thin, wafer-like washers with headset assembly. Never seen their width used in stem spacers, but that’s the only thing with which I could account for their use. Seems like they should go somewhere if they were given to me. Can provide further information on measurements, take new pictures showing specific views as well if there’s too little go off of. Thank you very much.

Those go between the wedge and top cap to space the top cap from the head tube. It’s to let you dial in the right amount of gap (something like 0.5mm)
I have seen those get placed under the headset dirt cover to adjust its height. Without them the seal lip on the cover can rub against the headtube. You may or may not need them.
