In doubt put on a spare. Maybe indexing is bad. Also casette is used up or the chain is streched

If there’s no shifting issues and no irregular noises, it will be fine.

To me, it looks like the derailleur is ever-so-slightly out of alignment because of a bent derailleur hanger. I wouldn’t mess with it unless you have A. The specialist derailleur hanger alignment tool, B. A spare derailleur hanger, and C. Patience.

Does look a bit misaligned, could be the hanger, play in the derailleur body or a bent cage. As it’s working you could continue to use it or remove, disassemble and inspect.
The hanger would be my first step as it’s the easiest to replace.

In my experience, that can be normal, there could be a little play on a pivot. Some derailleurs then twist a little, especially after some wear.
