New build (w used parts). Have an SM-BB52 and a shimno fc-m5100 crank w 30t chainring. I’m installing it on a boost frame (Ragley big al)
I’ve never actually installed a bottom bracket/crank this style. Does it matter if I stack a few spacers between the chainring and bb since I needed more space and just had a few thin ones? I put one on the bb itself and a few between chainring and bb. I this enough space?
How about on the non drive side – do I need to use spacers between crank arm and bb?
Thanks!!

Do you need spacers when the cranks are on the correct side? Some frames are asymmetric.
Crank is installed on the wrong side of the bike. Right side is drive side.
So embarrassing I want to delete it, but maybe a nice reminder for others, and a healthy dose of humility
